Congratulations to Our 2022 “Texts=Wrecks” Scholarship Winner!
We at GibsonSingleton Virginia Injury Attorneys would like to announce our 2022 scholarship winner. We have been awarding our annual “Text=Wrecks” scholarship to college-bound students since 2018. By offering this scholarship and the associated essay contest, we hope to benefit all communities by encouraging students to build a safer world.
We were impressed by the essays we received this year. Choosing our finalists was difficult, as was choosing a winner! We are confident that each of the finalists is destined for great things and will prove to be a strong contributor to their communities in the years to come.
Having said that, we extend a special congratulations to our 2022 “Texts=Wrecks” Scholarship Winner: Omotola F.
In her essay, Omotola describes the opportunity she was given to create a local campaign for preventing distracted driving, which showed maturity beyond her years. To read more about Omotola and the campaign she created, read her full essay here.
GibsonSingleton Virginia Injury Attorneys thanks each one of the talented students who applied for our scholarship and encourages you all to apply for future scholarships with us as well. Please check out our blog and Facebook page for safety tips and other opportunities.
